This is Why GIFs were Created
Astros third base coach Dave Clark takes it right in the lemons last night against the Padres.  What you can’t see from this GIF is J.D. Martinez, who slid safely in to third, trying to stop himself from laughing uncontrollably after the play had ended.  Comedic gold.

#AstrosMMP is the New #GoDBacks
Gosh…It sure must’ve seemed like such a good idea.  A tweet arrived around 5:30 PM yesterday from Astros beat writer Zachary Levine to inform us all of a new feature for home games at Minute Made Park. Retire #50? I'd Rather Not.
The Houston Astros did a very honorable thing earlier this year—they created a “Walk of Fame” outside of Minute Made Park to honor the good—but not necessarily great—players in franchise history.  And today, June 1st, the team is honoring former Astros pitcher J.R. Richard with a plaque.  Great achievement, right?  Not for J.R. Richard.  He said he wants his jersey...
